Is a Sparkler Exit Worth the Hype?

Sparkler exits have become one of the most recognizable wedding photo moments, and when they work, the photos can look incredible.

However, they are not always necessary.

Some venues do not allow sparklers due to safety or insurance restrictions, so it is important to check with your venue before planning one. Many couples fall in love with the idea after seeing photos online without realizing that it may not be permitted at their location.

Even if sparklers are not allowed, there are still plenty of ways to create a memorable grand exit. Gathering a small group of guests, your wedding party, or close family to cheer you on at the end of the night can still create a really special moment.

Sparkler exits can absolutely be worth it if they fit your venue and your timeline, but they are not something you need to stress about. No matter how you end the night, the moment will still be meaningful.
