As a wedding photographer for many years, I have always understood that your wedding day is not about me. However, it helps to know a little bit about the person behind the camera. I’ve always said, “you have to spend your entire day with your photographer. If you don’t click with them, it’s going to be a long day.”

All my years in the wedding industry I have also recognized that it is much more than just the day of your wedding that counts. It’s the months of preparation leading up to the day and the connection you build with each couple throughout the entire process. I did’t choose this profession because it was glamorous or to gain recognition. Beyond my natural ability to take amazing photographs, I genuinely care about every couple I work with. This is not just something I am good at, this is something this continues to bring me joy and fulfillment.
