Should You Feed Your Wedding Vendors?
One question that occasionally comes up during wedding planning is whether couples need to feed their vendors.
In most cases, the answer is yes.
Many vendors include meal requirements in their contracts because they are working long hours to help make your wedding day run smoothly. Photographers, videographers, DJs, planners, and other professionals often spend eight to ten hours on their feet documenting and coordinating the day.
Providing a meal allows them to take a quick break and stay energized so they can continue doing their best work.
Fortunately, this is something most venues are already used to handling. When finalizing your guest count, the venue will usually ask how many vendors need meals and include those plates in the catering plan.
It is a small detail that helps the entire team stay focused and ready to capture every important moment of your day.
